Russell William "Russ" Brown, 45, died Thursday, January 21, 1993 at home in Richland.
He was born June 1, 1947 in Richland. He attended Richland schools including Lewis and Clark Elementary, Carmichael Junior High School and graduated with the Class of 1966 from Richland's Columbia High School.
Russell was a Vietnam veteran, member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 598 and the Richland Fellowship. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in the Blue Mountains. Those who loved and knew Russell will not forget his generosity and willingness to help others.
He was preceded in death by his father, George M. Brown.
Survivors include his mother, Vida F. Brown of Richland; sisters: Kathleen ('59) (Tom) Northy of Richland and Janice ('73) (Mark) Haney of Finley; brothers: Ron Brown ('60) of Richland, David ('63) (Tanyon) Brown of Finley and Randy ('74) (Penny) Brown of West Richland; and 17 very special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were at 11am on Monday, January 25, 1993 at Einan's Funeral Home. Interment followed at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
