Sherry Anne Dyken Hardee of Bothell, WA was born in Pasco on August 3, 1948 to Lyle and Anna Mae Dyken. She passed away at the University of Washington Medical Center on January 27, 2010.

Sherry is survived by her husband, Michael Hardee; sons: Brent, Brian and Brad Dale; stepchildren: Arica Spriggle and Joshua Hardee; grandchildren: Savannah, Rusty, Dusty and Loran; mother, Anna Mae Dyken-Edwards; and her sisters: Jeanette Dyken Yarger ('73) and Sue Dyken Eubanks ('74).

She attended Spalding Elementary School, Chief Jo Junior High School and graduated with the Class of 1966 from Richland's Columbia High School. Sherry cheered the Bombers on to victory many times and loved going to all of the games in and out of town with her friends, with "dad" being the chauffeur.

Sherry married John Dale ('63) July 22, 1967. They were divorced March 18, 1975.

Sherry will be remembered for her generosity focusing on those in need, and her loving and compassionate nature.

Her greatest joy was being alongside her coworkers at Panasonic Corporation. She loved laughter, enjoyed gardening and helping Mike smoke meats and making salsa for family and friends.

At Sherry's request there were no services. Memorial donations may be given to a charity of your choice.

Arrangements were through Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home in Bothell, WA.
