Charlotte Lois Rahmig Blair passed away June 24, 2003, after a long battle with cancer at the age of 54.
She was born August 1, 1948 to the Hanford pioneering family of Charles and Marion Rahmig and grew up in Richland. She attended Jason Lee Elementary School, Chief Jo Junior High School and graduated with the Class of 1966 from Richland's Columbia High School.

Charlotte was always devoted to making life easier for everyone she met.
This personality trait proved to be the key to her success during her many years of employment with PNNL.
